Within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel, you have the right to return the goods purchased in our store. The Store Regulations describe how to do this.
However, the return of the goods, and thus receiving back the paid money, is NOT possible for fabrics that were cut from the roll especially for your individual order.
Why? Because the material cut specifically for your needs becomes “a thing produced according to the consumer’s specifications”. This is the case under Art. 38 point 3 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827): “The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item , manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to meet his individual needs. “
The same in cases when:
- the fabric is not defective or damaged,
- the client gives personal reasons, e.g. “but I don’t want it / like it anymore” etc.
- the customer gives as the reason “the colour difference between the photo on his monitor and what the fabric looks like in reality” >
there will be no basis for the return of the purchased goods
We would like to point out that the photos of our fabrics are made with the use of an advanced system of reproducing real colors on the screen.
However, we cannot guarantee the correct calibration of your monitor.
To avoid all of the above problems, we strongly encourage you to use our free samples service, or to purchase samples for the entire collections.
Here you will find a description of how to do it.
Complaints, also described in our Store Regulations, are considered individually, so before you send us back your purchased products – contact us by phone or e-mail. It may happen that if you do not let us know – we simply will not accept the package without knowing what it is. As mentioned above, the basis for a complaint cannot be the colour or the structure of the textile. However, we take into account all comments regarding obvious defects in fabrics or other products from our shop.
Please also remember that, as described on the product cards, fabrics from selected WD, WH and WTV collections were woven by hand on old weaving looms, which is associated with the possibility of occasional so-called “weaving errors” in the fabric. These “errors” are a feature of this fabric, not a defect. If, when ordering fabrics from these collections, we do not receive a note from the customer that we should pay attention to it when cutting off the coupon for sale, then these fabrics will be considered as being without defects.
If you are not sure whether a given fabric meets your expectations, you have doubts about the colour, weaving structure or you do not know what these “weaving errors” can be – go ahead, call us or write an e-mail before buying. We are always happy to help you to make the best choice. We encourage you again to use the free samples system, thanks to which you can protect yourself from possible disappointment or, on the contrary, encourage you to buy even more.
Best Regards, Woolsome
