- It is an electronic form of a gift certificate. It can be a good gift idea for a friend or presented in printed form as a prize to the winner at a historical event.
- The voucher can then be used to purchase any products in WoolSome.shop up to the amount indicated on it, whereby the full amount of the voucher must be used on one order.
- You cannot purchase another gift certificate with the voucher.
- The voucher does not include shipping costs.
- After a purchase through the store system, the customer will receive (by e-mail) a message with a code entitling him to order products for an amount equal to the value of the gift voucher.
- This code may be transferred to any person in digital form.
- ADDITIONALLY, we will include a beautifully designed gift voucher template in a PDF file, so it can be passed to the gift receiver in a printed form.
- During the summary of the shopping cart, enter the coupon code in a specially prepared field to reduce the amount necessary to pay for all ordered products.
- If the price of the products exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference can be paid by bank transfer or other payment method accepted in our store.
- The coupon is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The voucher is not personal, it can be given to any person.
- Please be advised that discount codes and other occasional or permanent discounts on the entire range of the store (for example because of the Black Friday etc) do not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers.
- You will receive the voucher code from us to the e-mail address provided when placing the order, no later than the next business day after receiving the payment.
- You cannot purchase another voucher using a gift voucher. A sales document, e.g. a VAT invoice, is usually issued when the voucher is used up or at the end of its expiry date (if any).
- Attention! If you want to receive an invoice earlier, please contact us in advance. We will propose an appropriate solution.
