How wool & linen mix are made?

This fabric's secret lies in its unique construction. A linen-wool blend consists of two different types of fibers: linen and wool. Linen is made from flax plants and has long been known for its natural beauty, strength, and durability—which makes it perfect for outerwear like coats and jackets. Wool is also derived from animals such as sheep, but unlike linen it can be spun into yarns that are much finer than those made from flax plants.

The process of making this fabric involves weaving two different types of threads together into one cloth: wool thread that runs lengthwise along the warp (the vertical strands) and linen that runs across widthwise on the weft (the horizontal strands). This creates an interesting texture which gives the fabric a bit more structure than other fabrics made with just one type of thread.
